Everyone remembers their “glory days” and those times where you were performing at your best, I know I do. As we grow older we sometimes lose our way and tend to settle into unhealthy patterns due to work, school, a pandemic, or just life in general. What if there was a way that you could get back to feeling amazing and performing at your best? Not necessarily a “redo” on life, but more of a rebuild and maintain your life.
As a certified running coach and holistic nutritionist my goal is to get you back on the right path to running and feeling your best. Whether you’re looking to run your first 5k, marathon, or even just a mile I’m here to help you improve your performance and cross the finish line. Eating healthier and making new “glory days” all start here… from the ground up, just like plants.

About Me
Hi, I’m Corey aka. Cor-Cor (a nickname derived from a former co-worker that kind of stuck). I’m a plant-based athlete who loves being active, eating healthy “ish” and motivating others to live life to it’s fullest. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Running Coach. My goal is to provide you with information that inspires you to make healthy changes in your life by eating well, moving more and stressing less.

Picking the right produce from your grocery store shouldn’t be a chore, but knowing what’s in season will ensure that you’re getting a diverse and varied diet. Rule of thumb, EAT THE RAINBOW.
