  • Daily checklist of ingredients/foods to incorporate each day

  • 8 recipes ranging from simple to more complex (based on evaluation)

Session 2 (1 week after Session 1):

  • 30 minute session

  • Review progress to tweak goals and foods as needed

  • Provide proper fueling techniques during training leading up to race day (based on evaluation)

Follow Up

  • 2 weeks of 15 minute check-ins as needed
