“Beach” Season

Some workouts are deceiving and may seem “easy” written down, but are actually pretty tough while performing. This workout is one of them. All of these movements combined target the whole body. The main goal here is to keep moving and don’t let up. For each of the upper body movements, your legs have time to rest and vice versa. There are plenty of modifications/scaling options for each movement that will allow almost anyone to finish all 5 rounds. If you wanted to make this a little more challenging, you can add in some weight.

Keep in mind that even modifications may not work for everyone. If you feel pain, skip the exercise and substitute a different version or try one of the alternatives listed below.
